When optimal patient care is the goal our team makes you the priority. Find out how Samuel Fuller, MD is taking our team to the next level.
How, when and why did you decide to pursue a career in medicine?
Growing up, several members of my extended family were in health care in one way or another. They all seemed to find their careers interesting, rewarding and satisfying. I saw how much they enjoyed what they did and decided at a very early age, probably seven or eight years old, I’d like to follow in their footsteps.
What do you like most about your job?
Tough to name one single thing. I really enjoy the opportunities to help patients through improved diagnosis and/or early detection of many disease processes and various therapeutic procedures. I also find the technology and equipment we work with fascinating and really feel like part of a fantastic team.
What is your favorite way to spend free time?
Love spending time with my kids! National parks and amusement parks are big favorites nowadays, but we have a great time doing just about anything. I also enjoy taking advantage of all the incredible outdoor adventures Colorado has to offer but am pretty happy indoors too, especially when that involves good food and/or music! Oh, and go, Broncos!
What do you like most about working at RIA?
I love what I do and the people I have the opportunity to do it with. I couldn’t ask for a more talented, collaborative, amazing group of professional colleagues. Technologists and ancillary staff are also top-notch. We all have a common goal — optimal patient care. But pursuing that goal with such incredible people makes it all that much better.
