We asked Whitney Morgan, MD what she loves about working at RIA/Invision Sally Jobe.
How, when and why did you decide to pursue a career in medicine?
Throughout my childhood, I always knew I wanted a career in the sciences. My favorite subjects in school were math, physics and biology. During college, I chose to pursue medicine because it was a way to use my love of science to really make an impact on people’s lives.
What do you like most about your job?
I love my work as the Medical Director of the Breast Care Center at Lutheran Medical Center. Our patients are truly an inspiration and I am humbled every day. Saving lives from breast cancer with screening and early detection is my passion.
What is your favorite way to spend free time?
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, son, and two dogs. My family loves to spend time outdoors in our beautiful state of Colorado, hiking in the summer and skiing in the winter. I also enjoy reading and listening to audiobooks.
What do you like most about working at RIA/Invision Sally Jobe?
This is an amazing group of talented, passionate, knowledgeable radiologists. I am humbled to be part of a group that includes some of the leading experts in the different subspecialties of radiology. I feel so lucky to work with such extraordinary colleagues.
