Eric Arias, MD, is one of the gifted neurointerventional surgeons practicing at RIA Neurovascular in Englewood, Colorado. Dr. Arias has a combined background as a neurosurgeon and endovascular neuroradiologist, which allows him to provide a comprehensive and unbiased perspective to his patients.
Dr. Arias earned his Doctor of Medicine at the prestigious Columbia University in New York City. He went on to serve his neurological surgery residency at Washington University / Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.
He also completed rigorous fellowship training in endovascular surgical neuroradiology at Washington University's Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology in St. Louis. Dr. Arias has also contributed to dozens of articles published in peer-reviewed journals.
Dr. Arias provides both surgical and minimally invasive endovascular procedures to address health issues, including aneurysms, stroke, and carotid stenosis. His other areas of particular interest include meningiomas, cervical spine disease, and minimally invasive spinal surgeries. He offers a compassionate, customized approach to patient care, combined with a meticulous surgical ability.
